THE BASICS
1. What are your hours of operation?
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on weekends but are available for emergency consultations by appointment.

We are located in San Diego, California, but we work with clients both locally and nationally.

You can contact us during our regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We strive to respond to emails and phone calls within 24 hours.

We’ve been specializing in restaurant interior design SINCE 2019. Our team has extensive experience in the hospitality and commercial design sectors.

While we’re based in San Diego, we work with clients throughout California and across the country. We offer both local and remote design services to ensure accessibility no matter where your restaurant is located.

6. What should I bring to our first meeting?
We recommend bringing as much information as possible to our first meeting. This could include inspiration images, existing floor plans, photos of the space, restaurant menus, branding kits, and any other documents that showcase your vision for the space. The more detail you provide, the better we can serve your needs.

Yes, absolutely! We work with a variety of budgets and can offer creative solutions that align with your financial parameters. Our goal is to give you the best value without compromising on quality.

The cost depends on several factors such as the size of the space, complexity of the design, and specific requirements. We provide customized pricing based on your project, ensuring that it suits your budget.
9. Do you have any mark-up costs or fees for interior design services?
No, we do not mark up any merchandise or materials. We pass our trade discounts directly to you. We charge an hourly rate for procurement and coordination services.
10. How much and how do you charge?
We charge a flat fee for the first four phases of the design process (Programming, Concept Design, Design Development, and Design Documentation). For additional services such as procurement, we charge an hourly fee based on the work needed.

Design firms vary in pricing models. Our cost reflects our specialization in commercial and hospitality design. We have a highly experienced team that ensures projects are completed faster, with minimal errors, and higher quality. We view design as an investment in your business.

We can help you with anything related to your restaurant design project, even if it’s outside the initial scope. We offer flexible services that can be adjusted as your needs evolve.

Yes! Our principal designer will be directly involved in your project, ensuring that every aspect aligns with your vision and goals.
19. How many people work on your team?
We have a small team of dedicated designers. Our company has less than 10 staff, meaning your not just a number at our firm, but a key client.
20. Does the designer or client procure the contractors, builders, and other trades?
We have a wonderful list of great contractors, builders, and trades. However, if you have an existing contractor you prefer to work with, we are happy to collaborate with them too.
21. Can you work with my existing contractor?
Yes, we can work with your existing contractors. We can seamlessly integrate our design into their process to ensure your vision is executed perfectly.

22. How long does the design process take?
The design process typically takes between 6-12 weeks, depending on the complexity and scope of your project.
23. What does an interior designer do?
An interior designer brings your vision to life! From the aesthetic to function, and articulating it to the contractung team, an interior designer works with the client in every phase of the project.
24. Is there a minimum or maximum project size that you work with?
No project is too small or too big for us. Whether it’s a small café or a large restaurant, we approach every project with the same care and dedication.
25. Do you specialize in any particular style of interior design?
We specialize in your style! We tailor each design to meet your needs.
26. Can a project be started without a contract?
No, we require a signed client agreement before starting any project to outline the scope of work and expectations.
27. What happens if the project takes longer than expected?
Sometimes life happens and a project can run over the estimated timeline. In that case we will always keep you updated regularly. We’ll also work with you to adjust timelines and expectations as necessary.
28. What if I am unhappy with the final design?
Your satisfaction is our priority! We offer revisions as needed to ensure the final design is exactly what you envisioned. As we go through the process you will know exactly where the design stands with no surprises at the end.
